From the first sketch to the the time when your piece is ready to ship, Veejay is involved every step of the way. Every detail is tailored to you, creating a piece that is uniquely yours.
1. CONSULTATION
Every custom project begins with a personal conversation with Veejay — in person or virtually — to share your vision, inspiration and needs. Measurements, timelines and your preference for fabrics and colors will also be discussed during this initial consultation. Based on this conversation, you’ll receive a custom order form to confirm the details. Once you approve that, a 50% deposit will be required for us to start on your custom piece.
2. DESIGN
Based on your consultation, Veejay creates sketches and presents fabric
options. Together, you’ll refine the concept until it feels just right to you.
3. FITTINGS
Through one or more fittings, we will shape and perfect your piece with careful attention to fit so that you're 100% satisfied with it.
4. DELIVERY
Once your custom piece is completed, it will be shipped to you. At this time, you will be charged the remaining 50% of the balance.
