Shipping & Delivery

Production Time: Each order is crafted exclusively for you. Please allow 4–6 weeks for your order to be completed and prepared for shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations: You may modify or cancel your order within 5 days of purchase. After 5 days, your piece enters production and all sales become final.

Deposits & Payments

All orders require a 50% deposit at the time of purchase. The remaining 50% will be charged when your piece is ready to ship.
